We both had another great time at the Blacktail. You are all great hosts, the food is outstanding and the other guests are very friendly and interesting to talk with. The "unlimited" riding is still the outstanding experience: great views of the mountains and plains and the cattle drive. Saturday morning was the best one yet. Tag's knowledge and sharing of the local history is great, as well as Mr. Murphy's "history lessons' during the cattle drive.

Whether you are here at the Ranch for private retreat time, with your family or as a part of a group or workshop riding is always available to you. The Blacktail's trails, guides and horses can accommodate all kinds of riders! Unlimited riding is included for all guests that are a part of The Blacktail's All-inclusive Ranch Vacation. Other guests that wish to take a ride in our pristine wilderness may reserve a 1, 2 or half day ride with our office.
Costs are on a per person basis 1 hour ride
