Accommodations and meals

Our main lodge has 7 dormitory - style bedrooms that sleep 2 - 4 people. There are bath facilities on both floors, a large private bathroom on the upper floor and separate menand women’s bathrooms on the main level. For more privacy we have four one-bedroom cabins most with Jacuzzi tubs and a larger two- bedroom cabin with a sleeping loft. All of our cabins have full baths and private decks.

For your enjoyment and relaxation we have a large hot tub, a sauna and a spacious indoor lounge with a fireplace and satellite television.

Delectable family style meals are served in the main lodge, our talented kitchen staff is flexible in catering to your dietary preference; vegetarian, low fat, whatever your needs may be. We offer a fresh, wholesome cuisine serving fresh baked goods daily, organically grown vegetables (some from our own gardens), fresh eggs, locally grown and our own beef.

Retreat and Meeting Places

The Blacktail Ranch is the perfect place for workshops, retreats and reunions. The simple elegance and airy space of the ranch buildings, the nurturing spirit of the land and the detailed attention of the Blacktail staff ensure a deep and gratifying experience for all group participants.

The octagonal Hogan, built in the southwestern style, is a comfortable and spacious place for meetings and gatherings of all kinds. Located on a hillside above the other ranch buildings, with sweeping views of the mountains, the Hogan offers comfort and privacy for any group. For exclusive use of the ranch, please inquire into our special rates.

Seven-Day Ranch Vacation:

With a three day, two night divide ride:
      $1,600.00 - $2,100.00

Included:
three meals a day, lodging, round trip transportation from Great Falls, unlimited horse back riding and full use of the Blacktail Ranch including private tours of Native American and historical sites.

Groups

For Group rates - Workshops, Retreats , Reunions and any other gathering of Groups of 15 or more....

Please contact Sandra for specifics and options. Together we can put together a package that will be geared to your groups needs and request. We have many packages to choose from to make your event unique, whether it be a yoga retreat, photo workshop, business meeting or family reunion. The options are endless.

Deposit Policy: A deposit of 30% of your total cost will be required to hold your reservation. We accept personal check, VISA, MasterCard, or cash. The balance is due upon your arrival at the ranch.

All Deposits are Nonrefundable.
